I am a retired army officer from Indian army (The Punjab Regiment), basically an infantryman for around 30 yrs. fought 1971 war for the liberation of Bangladesh and remained posted from north east sector to northern area to western border. We have a small family of four. Our daughters are happily married and are busy with their respective families at Delhi and Dallas ( USA). My better half has been tagging along with me throughout my service in thick and thin and continue to play a good inning as a housewife, looking after the home affairs for around 37 yrs . Now we continue to run shoulder to shoulder The 'Col Lamba Indian Home Stay' and are more than satisfied .
